At our Family Entertainment Center, we’re looking for a dependable Shift Lead who’s ready to take ownership of the day. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, with responsibility for opening and closing the facility, supporting the team on shift, and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
As part of our Attractions All-Stars team, you’ll lead by example on our indoor ropes course and climbing walls, keeping safety, guest experience, and teamwork front and center.

🎓 Age Requirement
Must be 18 or older due to leadership and opening/closing responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Opening and closing the facility following established procedures
Leading the team on shift and setting the tone for guest service
Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times
Assisting guests and handling issues calmly and professionally
Communicating clearly with managers and team members
